Desk support's ticketing system. if the data can be stored in either excel
or sql server, it will be better, or saved in a flat file is ok too.

I remember there is an online helpdesk system, it is based on php+mysql, it
is free, but I prefer to Cerberus commercial system. it is pretty functional.
