If it's an over-20G HD, you will need SP4+ to utilize its full capacity.
NT's service packs are not entirely compatible, meaning installing SP5 might
break programs which run perfectly fine on SP4, the best example is Richwin,
for every NT SP it needs its own update. Usually only programs which utilite
low-level functions are affected, such as drevice driver, Chinese platform,
