by the way, I remembered we have talked about the problem of
English display when you set Chinese as default, for example,
in IE. I have found a solution :-)
解决办法就是：turn off auto-select in encoding. you can either
set the encoding as western or simplified chinese. it will select
the approprite one for you when you use IE. The key is just turning
off the auto-select.
I am using Eng Windows XP pro and IE 6, don't know whether it works for
other OS or |
