property?
if microsoft wants to produce some CDs in china and i'm their middleman,
i.e. i import from china and then sell domestically to msft. what kind of
power of attorney do i need from msft? what should i give the chinese side?
and what do i give to the customs broker?

which you authorize your attorney to do sth.
In you case, you need a licensing agreement.
