you use any company you already have that may not have anything to
do with computers or consulting?
should corp-to-corp rate be higher than w2? | g******d 发帖数: 157 | 2 corp-to-corp is a "tax" term, usually means that when they pay you, they pay
your corporation, not you as an indivisual. The difference is that if you are
an individual, they have to pay you on either W-2 or 1099. If you are
incorporated, you can just sign you a check and without worry about any tax
forms to file next year.
The rate should be much higher, . Consider that you have to pay your own
insurance(healthcare insurance, professional insurance), the rate should at
least double.

If you are LLC or S-corp and you are the only employee, there is no difference
for you, just file a schedule C, but you still have to pay all tax, one way or
another.
