巴？关键是借用FRANCHISER的名气和MARKETING，至少自己不用出资MARKETING。当然要交

有没有谁有经验或认识的人有经验给科普科普？我自己有这个强烈的愿望，想存点钱，找

it may be hard to get a loan from the bank. but would be curious what
you find out. keep us posted :)

station, McDonald may needs nearly half a million to set up? The one I looked
into is smaller, for example, ice cream, haagen dazs. It requires 80k to 390k
of initial investment depending on the location. That amount includes the
first three months fund. But the company require you have 200k networth to be
qualified for (I don't know how strict that rule is. I would think as long as
you have enough cash for initial set

tech, and their saving style, I don't think 80k cash or 200k networth is a big
problem. Am I wrong? If you read living board, a lot of people pay 50k down
buying a house...

俺觉得俺第一年业绩非常不错了,但是俺家群众顶多愿意投入10K做营运资金,其他的
都会扔进房子里.... >;-(

Actually put too much down for the house is not a wise investment if you can
invest the money somewhere else for bigger return. If the mortgage rate is
low, I'd rather pay the interest than tightening all my cash into the 不动产。
I put 10% down toward my house while I could have afforded 20%. Then I use
home equity line of credit to pay the other 10% to avoid PMI. Actually with
the value of your house going up, you can get rid of PMI in a year or two in
the current ma

sell franchise to anybody else.
So better have a product or to sell to other people, and I don't think operate
a franchise is a good idea, and you must hold a large amount of money there.

product, yo don't need a large amount of money to start? The only extra money
to start a franchise is the initial franchise fee, average about 20k. But that
includes you use their established brand name. If you sell your own product,
the initial money and energy spent on marketing and get people's recogination
would be less than 20k?
