patent agencies in China, how can I find the one which is professional and
trustable? what is the process to contact and apply?

发帖数: 103 | 2 申请实用新型比较容易通过.10年前通过搜索找到省科技厅专利办公室一工作人员.两三
年内搞了五个.后来破工资养不起专利维护费.也没有商业化.申请通过之后就不了了之
了.哈哈.
申请费相对在美国要便宜太多太多.不过国内的专利保护我看是零.所以不要把宝押在专
利保护上.厚厚.
另外今天在报纸上看到的一个广告,也许对你有用

Can I do this way?
1. Apply patent in China.
2. Produce the product and test if there is market for it
3. If there is potential market, apply patent in US
4. Use patent in US to protect the patent in China |

专利不专利主要都是为了赚钱.所以递交申请之后就赶紧进行市场化了.如果市场化不如
你所期望,那就找个下家把专利卖了,呵呵.
另外以前搜索到这个,也许对你有用.

我国对国外的知识产权实行被动保护。
对本国的知识产权实行主动保护。
都需要主动到政府申请保护。费用很低。 |
