exactly what it is. Do the people in this board have some idea to figure

I'm selling a usb device that allows users to have a usa landline phone.
The small, portable device is the size of a matchbox & plugs into any usb
port.
It allows unlimited calling or receiving or faxing to & from usa.
Business &. Expatriates can make unlimited calls.

你这个答案能用中文说一下吗？我的理解是网络电话设备，，USB接口。好象这个东西
不如ITALKBB实用。
打个电话还得打开电脑。有没有中文网页我仔细看看？
