equity shares based on face value. in your case, the negotiation will depend
on the stage of your technology and what the VC brings in on top of its $$.
if u got $1M to invest, u should just push the technology as far as possible
. when you hit a couple milestones, your pre-money valuation will be better
off for the next round of financing. | q***2
