而中国不管，所以baidu等是外资企业。但是中国也会逐渐立法的。
我觉得如果你的创业和中国有关，不妨到香港，商业税至少低一半。

local firm/branch in whatever state you choose. SO it's a total waste to do
so, unnecessary.
Thank a little deeper why the Chinese investors find these places to
register a firm as their headquarter off-shore? Political reasons and
Political risk. A good example is YangRong, owner of the ShengYang JB auto
works.

bahama. yet it still got homeland security contract.
