- if it's OK legally - Unless you are as big as TI, MMM who got their
names long time ago when names are not that easily spread out.

the State name in your company name. Although you might want to think about

that name "imply" some authority from the state (so it's under highly
control by the authority), and Chinese business is bascially authority based
, not a free economy. But here in US, your name will just limit your own
freedom and the easy acceptance by out of states' customers. So what's your
benefit and why do it this way here? You won't gain any "authority" from
it even you expand to china.

state name sounds good. i am just worried when you want to include your
state name in the company name, will the state possibly "TROUBLE" you? will
they say'hey, your name sounds a like a state-authorized one. you must
change it'? thanks.
