How many SKUs you have?
Are those three warehouses within same org or different org?
Do you need lot control or serial control?
which functions you need:
cycle count, physical inventory,sloting,replenishment,order fulfillment,
receiving,shipping,manifesting,kitting, packaging,wave picking, RTV, RMA,
material handling, put away, etc.
I know serveral WMS systems and accounting softwares such as Oracle EBS,
Small Business Accounting, Quickbook, Peachtree, MSFT Dynamics GP&NAV,
