OCT, knows the basic how to do and where to find parts.
Biomedical application using fiber optics
Can get a proposal if needed
I am a fiber optics PHD with over ten years of experience. Has been working
in tech field and knows management and even budgeting
Need 5 million and 10 people to start up, three years to complete the
program. May need more funding to fund the manufacturing.
At least ten times of return, or NOTHING.
Think I can get funding, or just plain forget about it?
P.S. There are over 125 million OCT VC spending last year. But they all just
