情？一般比如亚洲超市如何进口国内的食品，比如老干妈？没有一点头绪，请赐教。多

1 中国的生产企业和出口公司（可能是一家或分开的两家）及美国的收货人，都已在
FDA注册，取得了FDA的11位Facility Registration号。如没有，请在网上注册，一两
天就可办好，收到回执。这是911后的规定。
2 查要进口的成品食品，是否属于弱酸性食品，如果是，生产企业需要有在FDA注册的
FCE号及针对该款产品及包装的SID号。如果没有，无法进口。
3 去FDA官网、google或报关员那里搜一下，有没有针对该成品或进口地区的FDA Alert。
4 注意产品的标签。有的产品，包装或标签上的注明，FDA有要求。比如，含硫的食品
，可能需要标明。
其他流程，同一般进口货物。

I have included the instructions below to submit Prior Notice.
(1) Please review the Fact Sheet and Tutorial. This will prepare you to
fill the necessary information to comply with The Bioterrorism Preparedness
and Response Act of 2002.

(2) Create an Account
- Please access the website at www.access.fda.gov.
- Click the blue "Login" button (either, it does not matter). You will be
directed to the FURLS Login page.
- On the FURLS Login page, click the "Create New Account" button. Fill
the "Create An Account" form, "Create an Account" type of access request (
you should be checking Food Facility Registration and/or Prior Notice), and
then click the "Continue" button.
- Once you review the information, on the "Create an Account" verify
screen, click the "Submit" button. Please be sure to note your Account ID
(FDA generated) and Password (your created).
- On the "Create an Account" final screen, click the "Click Here to
Login" button. You will be directed to the FURLS Home page.
(3) Prior Notice
(*) On the FURLS Home page, click the "Prior Notice" button.
(*) Begin with clicking the "Create new Web Entry" button, follow
instructions available in the Tutorial to fill the necessary information.
(*) Then, proceed to Create a Prior Notice (small underlined letters at
top right).
(*) Once you Submit the Prior Notice and are assigned a confirmation number,
you should click on the option, Print Summary.
(*) Adobe Acrobat should open up entitled, Web Entry Summary Confirmation.
(*) You should print it and it should accompany your parcel.
If you need further assistance filling the Prior Notice, you may send your
inquiry to the Prior Notice Center, p**********[email protected]. You may also
contact the Prior Notice Center at 1-866-521-2297 (outside the US 571-468-
