修改更利于我朋友公司的？他是做标记设备的，这家印度公司一直做这个行业，不过是
很传统的要被淘汰的设备。朋友是担心东西被拿去山寨了，毕竟不是非常高端的技术，
不知道印度这方面能力如何。
1. We would like to be exclusive dealer.
2.1 What will be the minimum order ?
2.4 How much minimum annual wholesale volume to be maintained ?
2.6 Price should be revised once in a year.
5. Defective material claim time should be atleast one month upon
delivery of goods.
6. For regular supply we will make the payment thru L.C
9. Replace & repair warrenty should be 12 month from the E&C.
10. Either party,with or without cause ,may terminate agreement with
three month prior written notice to the other party. |
