帮别人问
跟美国人合伙在美国开公司,LLC, 一下是对方信件的一部分
I have been talking with the accountant about adding a foreigner person to
the company and he explained me that the foreign member that is not resident
of the USA is treated with the highest tax rate and cannot deduct any
expenses when doing their individual taxes. Check the following: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Income_tax_in_the_United_States
That means Mr ×× will have to pay 35% of his income in the USA and wont be
able to deduct any expense. Plus will have to pay accountant fees for doing
their annual accounting (usd 1000-2000 american dollars according to income
for doing the foreigner non resident USA accounting and getting the IRS
formats done)
请问有什么更好的办法少交点税吗?
多谢啊。

你要考虑的不是少缴税,而是你的身份能收钱么?

Why not? As long as you don't violate immigration law as a share holder of
course you are entitled to your share of profit. Your friend should talk to
a CPA to handle the tax issue.
