LLC但是没seller permit
现在有两个想法， 求建议
第一个是去申请 seller permit, 然后联系美国商家要求做wholesale, 谈好批发价
，亲戚公司打给我钱， 我再以我美国注册的公司名义买入产品，然后找清关公司代运
回国。这样做的话不知道sales tax 如何收。 出口卖给国内公司如何算盈利
第二个是不需要申请 seller permit, 我的公司充当进出口商，但是如果这样，怎么拿
到批发价。是一个品牌产品，官网上看到好像dealer和wholesaler才能申请上批发。而
且直接用外国公司会不会难拿到批发代理？ | S******6

不一定所有订单都需要RESELLER PERMIT，只有涉及到SALES TAX才需要。
拿什么价格和RESELLER PERMIT也没有什么必然关系。
如果是和代理商谈，基本不CARE你是美国公司还是海外公司。 | A***a

收税。所有SELL TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER的都没有税。不论批发还是零售
2）厂家问你是哪个州多半是把你转到LOCAL DISTRIBUTOR。和代理报价往往价格会更低
些。
3）海关关税是国内CONSIGNEE方面的，不同产品根据CODE关税不同，一般按8-12%估计
，增值税17%。

Chinese buyers do pay tax because they either not buying as a reseller, or
buy it from a retail store. The store usually need to collect sales tax.
You can avoid the sales tax by several ways: buy it from the factory
directly, from a distributor, or from a retailor using a resell permit/ID,
or buy it from a tax-free State. It also depend on the product you are
talking about is a consummer product, or an industrial product, etc..
In addition to tax issue, to buy it cheaper is more important usually, and
there are many way to do it right.
2. The factory usually will ask its buyers/customers' loaction, for many
reasons, such as calculate the shipping cost, to know the new buyer better,
build up their own data base, etc... but usually not for sales tax reason.
So donot get nervious when they ask your location, even more detailed
information,such as your name, company name, address, etc. haha
3. The Chinese importation tax issue can be better solved by your relatives
end in China. Many chinese import broker can help you. Pretty easy stuff.

不好意思还有两个不太相关的问题
以前注册公司的时候没有想好具体做啥，名字很模糊直接就是字母缩写‘ABCD LLC'，
现在打算要更改名字叫ABCD trading llc 或者 ABCD wholesale llc,哪个名字比较好
。还有没有必要改。觉得名字带着trading 或者 wholesale可以更容易赢得卖家信赖。
还有找了半天没有看到哪里可以申请reseller permit, 州网站上有一个One Stop
Business Registration 可以申请business license， 是不是申请一个business
license注明是resell business就等同于resell permit？ | H******9
