Then you can either email to yourself, or upload to cloud storage, like
dropbox.Then you can use email system or cloud storage tool to manage,
organize.
I have an email archive system, so I use email, and enter dollar amount,
general description, and category (also transaction date if not same as
email send date) in the email subject, which can be later searched. The
search results can be combined as a single pdf with each receipt bookmarked.

receipt下面, 然后可以和信用卡上的交易进行关联, 没有receipt的交易($75以下)也
可以从银行交易记录生成IRS compliant Guaranteed eReceipts
