technology was originally developed for NASA to treat inflammation and
chronic pain. It was invented by Dr. Robert Dennis. The technology has 4
issued US patents and has been verified effective twice by independent test
laboratories.
The inventor Robert Dennis is on linked in at:

He was on faculty at Harvard, MIT, and U-Michigan, and he is now a professor
at UNC:

The technology (designated ICES) has been developed into an inexpensive
ultra-portable device that could be mass-marketed to a very large target
market at very low cost to manufacture. The technology has a single owner
with broad claims and multiple issued patents, technical risk has been
reduced, initial CE-marked factory manufactured products are already for
sale in the veterinary market, the US Army is interested in developing the
technology to treat spinal cord injury, and there is a clear regulatory path
for human clinical applications. It is a very good opportunity for early
acquisition, licensing, or potential venture cap investment. And it comes
with registered trademarks: ICES (R) and DigiCeutical (R). This technology
is more than a decade out in front of the GSK-MIT effort to develop
electroceutical technologies http://www.gsk.com/media/280703/nature-bioelectronics-paper.pdf ).
It has been in the making for about 15 years, below the radar, mostly funded
by NASA and DARPA, and by private funding from the technology owner/
inventor. He is ready to sell or license.
