I am not sure if your start-up motivation is market-driven or
technology-driven. The problem with post-2005 start-up entrepreneurs
is that, if you cannot deliver, you die.

chance to talk with you. My concept in US is only one add-on to a few
established e-commerce websites. You are right, it is nearly impossible for me
to compete with them at this stage with only one step advance. My launch in
US is to build a prototype to sell ourselves to bigplayers. Thanks to the US
patent law which protects business method ideas. To build a business I can
really run by myself, I have to target at China. W

团队从0开始拉人,而且又没有VC帮你组织,
困难是非常大的。除非你自己有1百万美元以上的CASH准备好了往里面砸。
