diabetes, Hypertnsion, obesity, etc. I want to find the freqency count of
the two diseases or three diseases combination among these top 10 diseases.
For example, I want to know how many patients have diabetes and hypertension
and how many patients have diabetes and obesity, etc. But because there are
10 diseases, there are a lot of pattern of the two diseases combination.
