proc reliability in SAS/QC is the same as proc lifetime
in SAS/STAT. Be careful for left censored case, one
of them requires left bound as 0 while the other requires
missing (use .).
For interval censored data, SAS only has parametric
approach. For other data, SAS has nonparametric, i.e.,
Kaplan-Meier (proc lifetest), and even more popular
semi-parametric approach. i.e., Cox regression (proc
phreg). |

interval censor for nonparametric model. But it seems that this procedure
has some requirement on data set.

censored data. This is a pure nonparametric approach. Check the SAS help
withth the key world interval censor or turnbull estimator. |
