MCAR， MAR，或是MNAR），所采用的处理方法是不一样的。
你可以看看Lee（2007）StructuralEquationModeling：A Bayesian Approach. John
Wiley & Sons Ltd. 里面以一章讲的是Missing Data。 Code应该在网站上找得到。
