The questions is: what is the distribution of numbers of distinct coupons
collected if a sample of N coupons are collected? （same coupon collected
multiple times counts only once.)
看似很简单，但是我没有找到一个很简洁的答案。针对这个特殊的例子（all distinct
coupons have the same probability), 我用了个 Markov Chain 去解决。是不是有
更简单，更 general 的公式呢？ |
