所以要排除不能解决H1B的单位。
找job的时候发现很多职位是
CRO 或者 staffing company （agency) 提供的 不明白这些单位的区别。
俺的疑惑
CRO：从药厂接1年或者2年的project给我们做，那我们的合同和CRO签，上班去药厂上？
CRO给办H1B？
staffing company（agency） ：帮药厂或者CRO找人，我们和谁签合同？谁给办H1B？
ICC：自己出钱买H1B的假单位 ？？

does job for its client. They can have contract position or permanent
position. If you are their permanent employee, they might sponsor H1B. CRO
is just like any company.
Staffing company （agency): company helps you find job. Some staffing
company sponsor H1B too. You sign contract with staffing company. And
staffing company sigh contact with CRO or Pharmaceutical company. You are
