I am a PhD in clinical epi near completion, having two international trials
paper as primary authors and around 8 more as primary author, 7 as co-author
. I found a job in Canadian Institute for Health information as senior
analyst. However, my husband is working in USA. Should I take this offer and
then keep looking for job in USA or I can go directly to USA and find a job
easily? I have no idea how the market is right now. By the way, I got an
offer from NIH, which only issues J1 visa. Wil | p********a
