usually, you shall use the one in multivariate models. b/c u are controlling
some other factors in such situation.

To OP - It's generally recommended to report the results from your
multivariate analysis. But to convince yourself that the multivariate
analysis is "correct" you need to find an explanation for the differences on
estimates/CIs/p-values between the simple and multiple logistic regression.
Is there confounding or effect modification or something else?
