theorem，不知道如何应该这个theorem. 然后觉得那个completeness 虽然定义很简单
，但是不知道如何理解。还有这个completeness在统计中一般应用在哪里呢？

明如何找better estimator. if T' is an unbiased estimator of theta, and T is
a sufficient statistic, E(T'|T) is a better estimator than T'. While if T is
a complete sufficient statistic, E(T'|T) is the UMVUE by Lehmann-scheff. |

Sufficiency + completeness => minimal sufficiency.
Two major theorems relying on completeness:
1. Basu's theorem: Complete sufficient statistics are independent of
ancillary statistics.
E.g. can be used to show that sample mean and sample variance of a Normal (\
mu, \sigma^2) are independent of each other.
2. Lehmann-Scheffe theorem (see ningyan's reply): Unbiased estimators based

不过Rao-blackwell 和 Lehmann—scheffe 两个定理很容易搞混。虽然前者是建立在
sufficient 的基础上，后者是建立在 complete sufficient基础上的，但是都是用来
找UMVUE的。 |

这个“好”，是在UNBIASED的条件下谈的。
