跑来请教各位学统计的大牛!!!先谢过 :)
Now I have 1500 patients associated with 4 diseases,with each patient only diagnosed with one disease;
my observed results are
total: 1500 (number of people)
disease 1: 600 (number of people diagnosed with disease 1)
disease 2: 320
disease 3: 380
disease 4: 200
my expected results are
total: 1500 (number of people)
disease 1: 250 (number of people diagnosed with disease 1)
disease 2: 250
disease 3: 400
disease 4: 600

bet the one in your first test should be the smallest. |

我查了下
第一个和第二个test的pValue都很小,接近于0
不过第一个test的x^2结果比第二个大很多
the first test: x^2 = 586.3212
the second test: x^2 = 23.1852
不知道这样是不是也可以作为stronger evidence?
多谢大侠指点 =D
【在 b*******r 的大作中提到】 : compare the p-values, the smaller, the stronger evidence to reject h_0. i : bet the one in your first test should be the smallest.
