发帖数: 404 | 1 一个Job Agent, 帮我联系一家公司，但是需要我同意以下条款：
“Before we proceed with presenting you to the client please confirm that
you agree to the following:
3. You have not been presented to this company, either directly or
through representation, in the last 6 months.
4. You will not pursue the analyst position at this company either
directly or through representation other than with Copperstone Connect."
这些条款什么意思啊？难道我之前半年之内不能申请过该公司的任何职位？
而且之后也不能直接或者通过其他代理申请该公司的职位？这样的话，如果同意了，是
否是作茧自缚？
事实上，我之前已经申请过该公司的一些职位，但不是这个职位。请问现在如何处置，
要告诉 agent 吗？
