还TMD不SUPPORT H1B，还要让人有4-5年同行业经验。
结果就是，招个人费好几个月，最后证明是垃圾 |

呵呵，我公司也是。一个职位post 3个月。到现在还没fill。hiring manager还跟我抱
怨有身份的太垃圾。好的candidate都是要sponsorship的

俺那儿有个SENIOR职位，医疗保险公司，好处是稳定，PAY得不错
不好的是需要绿卡（485EAD或者TN签证也行），压力比较大
要求4年左右SAS经验（刚毕业的就免了，国内经验不算）
另外需要肯学，肯钻研，PICK UP快的，能HANDLE压力的

I believe, it is usually HR, but not HM who doesn't want to sponsor, if
company's policy doesn't say anything regarding status.

Sometimes I am scared of the fact that more and more Chinese and Indian
people are getting into this area; sometimes I think that is a good thing:
if Chinese/Indian statisticians are as inevitable as Chinese/Indian
programmers in IT area, then all employers will accept it as a fact that if
they don't offer sponsorship then there is no one to hire...

but first of all, try to persuade your boss to take international students
into consideration

other minority races) of Chinese people here, some working, some studying...
Our HRs no longer shy away from sponsorship paperwork because they do that
all the time. I hope someday that becomes "industry standard".

，sql, 都行。stat基础也不错。finance也会一点，考过cfa1.....reporting,
presentation能力也不差，发过很多paper,做过几个presentation..口语也还好啊。。
就是没工作经验没卡。。。 |
