小弟最近得到一个IT相关统计职位的小公司offer，在其 offer letter 上写着
"During the period that you render services to the Company, you agree to not
engage in any employment, business or activity that is in any way
competitive with the business or proposed business of the Company."
请问这样的条款是否是很正常或者经常见到的？对以后换工作是不是很不利？

它之说during the period，比如你不能同时给facebook干，然后还给twitter做
project
但是你从facebook辞职，跳到twitter那是没啥关系
