n ( normal vs tumor). For each sample, I have multiple observations.
The hierachy is patient -> samples -> multiple observations
I need to compare samples ( normal vs tumor). What model is appropriate.
There is a hierachy here and not sure if the mixed model can work.
Can proc mixed handle this nested relation?
