是我说的怕说少了对不起自己,说多了吓到人家。。。 |

in the first place. Secondly, you need to know who asks that question.
Thirdly, you need to know how that question is handled.
First, the question is asked because every position has a budget.
Secondly, that question is usually asked by an HR professional who can
reject you but cannot accept you.
Thirdly, that budget can be adjusted in many situations.
Bottom line: HR uses that question to filter applicants. Your job is to get
through that filter.
The best answer is "Open"
However, HR wont feel well when they hear that answer; and they will push
very hard.
