可能使我没有说清楚。
其实我就是想问大家，做Quant是否真要有Ph.D.
如果没有的话，该如何让自己更competitive.

is generally yes. Without a PhD in a quantitative area, it will be very
difficult to get a job in this category, let alone career advancement. |

不过要是老板就是一个bc,估计他就只会认学位了。
