重要。GPA4.0没身份一样找不到，这已经不是一个两个的问题。不知什么时候市场真正
回暖？
版上偶尔几个招聘，投了其中两个，一个没有音讯，一个比较奇怪，开始似乎对我有兴
趣，来往信件八九封，还谈到绿卡的事，结果这个人居然消失了，而且拒收信件。没戏
，也该给我个回音啊。不知其他人有无类似经历。 |

Second, I do push my big boss to sponsor H1B and GC for my team members.
Last, the cost billed to our depart is not small for
h1b -- 5K
GC -- 25K
Especially under the enviroment that most of banks are cutting down budget
and expense cost.
So, do not give up and work hard
Also, help your (future) boss justify on applying GC for you. |
