便推俩公式，随便解两道题，别搞得太常规，你再看看谁表现好。以前看过一个hiring
manager发的帖，一个烙印面试表现巨NB，实在没理由据他，后来让他把最简单的
least square的公式写出来，烙印就抓瞎了。 |

因为很多同胞不知道机会的存在，广告木有打出去。请问为什么不贴出来呢？
As an HM or anyone who can pull some strings, take a prudent but decisive
step pleeeease.
And on the other side, I don't know if there is any misleading stereotype
out there already for a graduate born during 80-90 and from an "average"
university. I just want to remind us he/she is confident and humorous, holds
ego and vanity, knows appreciation, speaks and dresses decently, and of
course knows least square.
Is that someone an HM should be looking for? Well, we've got tons!

you may have tons, but i did not.
i do know there are quite good chinese candidates there, but
they have not reached out to our small bank.
indeed, anyone who is confident and humorous, holds
ego and vanity, knows appreciation, speaks and dresses decently, and of
course knows least square
should be qualified as a strong candidate.
