Acutually, my chief want to change the whole survey with new system and new
questions.

发帖数: 5425 | 7 there will be no right or unique solutions for this. its pretty arbitrary,
mainly based on experience.
this is a preliminary step. (by this, imeant to set up a quantitative system
.)
anither thing i will do is fit a model and do predictions, and calculate
some loss function, which is again an arbitrary choice. the good thing about
it is, now you are dealing with a one dimensional problem for choosing ur
quantitative system.
