sampling satisfies the proposed distribution?
2. How do you know if adding one more factor will increase the power of the
prediction or make the model better(大概是这个意思，具体记不清楚了)? What
can you do if the adding variables are highly correlated with the existed
variables, or which variables would you choose? （这个用VIF吗？)

random, permutation test for discrete random
2. R^2, or just use RMSE to see if prediction is better; for prediction, it
doesn't matter, for inference, yes VIF
