发帖数: 202 | 1 今年5月份生物统计master毕业，正在找工作中。现在有两个offers:一个是学校的，一
半时间在实验室做实验，一半时间做统计，给Biostatistician的title,工资不到6万；
另外一个offer是公司contract，title是data analysist，工资在6万到7万之间。
请问我应该选哪个offer?
请知无不言，言无不尽，尤其是有经验的大哥大姐们。万分感激！
同时，学生统的XDJM们加油，工作还是很好找的。
我的背景是生物转生统，本来就是做实验的。 |

In my opinion, the first job is more stable and the second one is a good
bridge to industrial full time jobs / better career development. Given the
H1b situation this year, the second one is definitely risky. If visa status
is not an issue, then the second one is good. If you really care about visa
status/green card, then the first one. |

但是几乎没有公司sponsor签证的。 |
