- Conceptualize, design, and develop modeling tools and capabilities to
drive
Business growth for credit insurance portfolio
- Partner with credit policy teams to identify key business needs and to
develop agenda for the modeling team that aligns with the strategy.
- Oversee end to end model development, validation, and deployment efforts
- Help to introduce best-in-class, cutting edge techniques of modeling/
segmentation through innovation and usage of data/information
- Partner with technology center to understand the source of new data and
continue to improve the process of defining, extracting and utilizing the
new data
- Ensure timely model performance tracking, and assist in process automation
to drastically improve process/operation efficiencies (where possible) that
will enable the business to make rapid credit decisions against market
condition changes
- Interact with senior levels of management to facilitate understanding of
usage of credit risk models and actuary models and inform critical decisions.
- Provide leadership and guidance for junior modelers
