programmer positions in translational bioinformatics, available immediately.
Location: Hawaii
Projects include several areas of choices: (1) computational genomic and
genetics study of non-coding RNAs to reveal their functions in cancers; (2)
Develops public bioinformatics tools for single cell analysis and
visualization; (3) large scale, multiple omics data integration with
association to clinical outcomes; (4) using social media for health
surveillance and intervention.
