说实话很多做所谓'分析'的都是半路出家，做的东西也就是so so, 很大程度上要依赖
于业务部门。
当然表面上都说analytics能指导业务部门，是公司的‘宝贵财富’ 。 其实在cfo眼里
，就是个cost,最多产生一些没人看的报表， 业务部门才不鸟做'分析'的。
在国内，根本没有analytics这个部门。 市场部，或者战略部才做这个。好多都是大妈
或者刚毕业的做。

PayPal Credit, located in Baltimore, MD. However, if you factor in 20% of
annual bonus and 25% of stock option (full 25% if you stay there for 4+
years), the total annual pay is about $180K.
The same position in PayPal in San Jose is said to pay $180K as the base
salary. Adjustment by location matters. One can by a 3-bedroom townhouse
for $300K in Baltimore suburb. The same house could cost $600+ in Bay area. |

distance to work, you can find some deals. Also, if you do not the quality
of local school (a very important consideration)......
Two years ago I stayed in the new townhouse of a friend in San Jose. The
price of $800K+, and I was told it was the cheapest one in the area.
