It's true overall market will decline near term due to the following two
concerns:
VIX: VIX is in the range of 18-22 last couple of years. Recent reading of 16
is low historically. It will have a high chance to move up next two month
to the average, which means we will have downside to go.
Double Dip Theory on economy: there are many discussions on double dip of
the economy in second half. Current rebound
