Mostly just a feeling. Since it has not broken out yet, and rather, just
sitting on the edge, could go either way. ^_^ | c*****n

1. Right now there is shortage of coal in China for sure since power
shortage is everywhere. Actually China just increased the export tax for
coal to restrict exporting, which could boost the world coal price. What is
unclear is if china will go into recession and hence reduce the coal demand
in the future.
2. The market is usually biased, the market sentiment can easily overwhelm
the FA. So even if FA is bad, in short term FA is not important.
