that gain ground this past week and still remains in uptrend. Unfortunately
i over-weighted mainly in small cap pharmaceutical and biotech companies
instead of large caps. The later had charged up substantially but small caps
had so far failed to break out.
this week's picture is lot clearer. with 8 of 9 sectors firmly in correction
, the Market won't have much head room to go. The best hope is the main
sectors stabilize. Most people emphasize on | L****n

this is one enormously complicated undertaking by O8. Democrats want to put
tight regulation on healthcare as they are doing now on finance firms. but
they are afraid of back fire. Healthcare firms much more closely related to
people's daily life and they don't need government's bailout money to
survive. Government can't bully over them like they did with the Wall
streets. Last week's announcement seems to indicate that they are on a
negotiating table, instead of trench war, which is good. Mark |
