Don't buy unless an absolutely robbery sweet deal. Wait for another shock
wave of option ARM reset to drive it down further and then vulture in.
I'd put my money in gold until this crap fully unfolds and then cash out
to buy a house at maybe 30-50 OZs of gold. People will be stunned to see
how cheap real estate price is when measured in gold.

No one will want to immigrate to US this decade, not after they have seen
what the government is doing w/ these crazy social programs screaming for
high tax. People will flee from US, and then you will see capital control
put in place to stop it in vain.

migrate to US for the cheap living cost and better natural environment.

"cheap and better" is a mirage. US will go through a decade of banana
republic mass inflation hell after dollar crashes, and your friend would
like to migrate to anywhere but US.

As we see, inflation doesn't hurt wealthy people who has assets but only poor people with savings in bank.

That very well could happen in China, too. Still the ground zero of this
global Weimar Republic 2.0 will be in US as they carry the most debt so
have the desperate motive to inflate it away. Migrating personal wealth
to US is as dangerous as investing it in Bernie Madoff's firm.

Those TaiZiDangs here in US are like Bernie Madoff's clients who thought
their money was safe. HOHO.
Madoff and US Government are exactly the same thing except poor Bernie
had no printing press so he was caught red-handed. To those who keep
money in US, there's no difference between getting zero money back and
getting all money back w/ zero purchasing power.
