这一年经济的复苏80%要归功于布什的拯救大银行，O8觉得现在可以打一下大银行了。
这一年O8干了些什么事：拯救经济方案到现在几乎还没花出什么钱，然后就是退税，买
车补贴，买房补贴。 |

还有很多人对他的有幻想。政府要私人企业创造就业机会，可那里有呢？没有新的科技
，私人企业造什么？solar and smart grids不会创造很多职位的。nuclear? no one
want it.

Democratic leaders in Congress generally agree on boosting spending for
infrastructure. The House bill would spend $48.3 billion , about half of
that for highway improvements and $8.4 billion for public transportation.
The House also would provide $26.7 billion to help sustain public service
jobs. Most of the money would go to states to "keep or create" 250,000
education jobs over two years, and other funds would help pay for 5,000
police officers and firefighters.

"Last month, employment fell in construction, transportation and warehousing
, while retail trade and temporary help services added jobs. Temporary
services added 52,000 jobs in January."
This shows the job number was up because of the temporary added numbers by
retail. There is no meaningful added positions.
payroll survey and unemployment survey is conducted by different agencies. Experst are debating why they are different. Not good so far. |
