fed will keep talking about the potential to hike the rate.
the market can respond it in either way, just whetever they want.
i don't know if this time is different, than in 1998, china effect, 2008
effect, ben effect, dem effect, scott effect...
the mbs purchase is close to its end, unless an extension is approved, which
will add more to the deficit, hinting more likely the hike. but hiking the
rate will damage the already damaged housing mkt which the cash cow | c********h
