Yes:
- Complex carbs
- Lean protein such as chicken, tuna, ham, turkey
- Egg-whites or substitiute
- vegies and fruits
No:
- Red meat (marbled fat)
- Sodium-rich stuff such as chicken soup
- Santurated fat (anything fried)
- Simple carbs (turn into sugar and then fat too fast)

WAHT about the sports in Gym? I usually do basketball, swimming and sit-up.

confusion method for 25--30 minutes at 120+ heart rate, then cardio training
for about another 20--30 minuts. train every other day and focus on one mus
cle group combination each time. abs are trained everytime and done between
sets of main muscle group exercises.

还有得找个游泳教练（我还是不会自由泳）。不然2012来了，不会自由游不能救人啊
